Description:
RiboWash II is a high-stringency ethanol-based wash buffer formulated to remove residual salts, chaotropic agents, and trace contaminants from the silica membrane prior to RNA elution. When diluted with RNase-free ethanol before first use, RiboWash II provides an essential purification step that ensures highly clean, inhibitor-free RNA suitable for sensitive downstream applications.

Used after RiboWash I, this buffer delivers final polishing of the bound RNA, improving A260/230 and A260/280 ratios and enhancing overall assay performance in RT-qPCR, library preparation, and other enzymatic workflows.
