RiboElute is ultra-pure RNase-free water formulated specifically for the gentle and efficient elution of RNA from silica membranes. Its nuclease-free composition preserves RNA integrity, ensuring high recovery of both large and small RNA species without introducing contaminants or inhibitors.

RiboElute provides optimal conditions for releasing RNA after the final drying spin, delivering high-quality nucleic acids ready for downstream applications such as RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, RNA-seq, and other sensitive enzymatic workflows. It may be pre-warmed to 60 °C to enhance recovery of long or structured RNA targets.
