Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order placed with Ribology, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Standard product orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet shipped or are prepared but not yet dispatched. Cancellations of custom or configured products, as well as items not held in Ribology’s inventory, may be declined or may incur cancellation fees. All cancellations are governed by Ribology’s Terms and Conditions.

Product Returns

To return a product, prior authorization must be obtained from Ribology Customer Care. Once approved, you will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which must be included in the return shipment documentation. Some products may be non-returnable due to regulatory or storage requirements. All returns are subject to Ribology’s Terms and Conditions.

If you are returning a product believed to be nonconforming (i.e., not meeting Ribology’s stated specifications) and it is covered under warranty, Ribology will inspect the product to confirm the issue. If the product is verified as nonconforming, a replacement for in-stock items will be sent within 48 hours of verification. If Ribology requests the return of the nonconforming item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Issues and Defective Products

In cases where a shipment is not delivered as scheduled, you are responsible for initiating a claim with the freight carrier. Ribology will provide reasonable support throughout the claims process. We recommend inspecting all deliveries promptly upon receipt. If we do not receive notification of any issues within 30 days of shipment, the order will be considered accepted and compliant with the stated specifications.

Please note, this policy does not affect your warranty rights concerning products that later prove to be defective or fail to meet specifications during the applicable warranty period.
